Rounding of commissions
Our commissions are calculated without decimals and all fees with decimals are rounded up. For example, if the commission is 2.34 RON, the rounding is done to 3 RON.
Rounding of exchange rate
The exchange rate is rounded differently depending on the parity.
Digital currency collection #
Only the first 6 decimals are taken into account when collecting digital currencies. For example, if a transfer is 1.003453456 BTC in the account, 1.003453 BTC will be credited. Anything after the 6th decimal is not taken into account.
Transfer of digital currencies to external wallet #
The blockchain network fee is included. The blockchain network fee is not Tradesilvania’s commission. The transfer fee is updated periodically depending on the conditions in the blockchain network and is displayed transparently before any coin transfer from the Tradesilvania wallet. Depending on the currency, the transfer can be made on the native network or on Ethereum (ERC-20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20), Tron (TRC-20), etc.

Other services at the request of clients and manual processing of transactions #
For services provided at the client’s request that are not available as standard on Tradesilvania platform and that involve manual processing from the team, a one-time processing fee of 60 EUR, invoiced separately in advance, in RON equivalent at the BNR exchange rate on the day of the request.
These services may include, but are not limited to, investigating transactions sent to incorrect addresses or on incorrect networks, sending reports or documents in electronic or physical format at the client’s request, verifying payment receipts, and clarifying payments made with incorrect or incomplete identification data.
The fee exclusively covers processing and analysis costs, without guaranteeing the recovery of funds or a favorable resolution of the request.
Card payment return fees (for rates and fees on the site) #
In the event of the return of a payment made by card (on the platform or any other type of service offered by Tradesilvania, including Tradesilvania Ramp), regardless of the reason, including refund, partial refund or chargeback, Tradesilvania charges a fixed return fee in the amount of 60 EUR.
In addition to the return fee, the following indirect costs resulting from this process will be deducted from the returned amount.
These costs may include, but are not limited to, FIAT-crypto and/or crypto-FIAT exchange fees, fees charged by payment processors, banks or other institutions involved, as well as any differences resulting from the exchange rate. In the event that the amount paid is insufficient to cover all applicable fees, Tradesilvania reserves the right to compensate the difference from the funds available in the client’s account or from future transactions, within the limits permitted by law.
