How do I reset my 2FA code?
In case you lost your phone, the authentication app (Google Authenticator), or access to email, you should immediately reset your 2FA code.
To reset 2FA code, please send an email to the technical support service ([email protected]) with the following information:
- Proof of address (utility bill/invoice or bank account statement - usually the address appears at the top of the document)
- a selfie of yourself holding a piece of paper with your name and date written on it.
For the protection of your funds, after 2FA has been deactivated by Tradesilvania at your explicit request, digital asset withdrawals from your account are suspended for 48 hours.
