To reset your password, you need to open the login page and click on Reset Password.

In the next page, you must enter your email and make sure Captcha is checked.

Captcha must look as in the picture below, otherwise you will not receive the email even if the address is correct.

After you complete the form, you will receive the following message.

You should receive an email within 1 minute containing a link to reset your password. If the email is not in Inbox, please check also in Spam and Junk.

The email title is "Reset Password".

This email contains a link, you have to click on this link.

A page opens where you need to enter a new password.

After you enter the new password, click on Submit.

You will see the following message.

All that remains to be done is to click on Login and enter your account with the new password.

For the protection of your funds, after the password is reset, digital asset withdrawals from your account are suspended for 48 hours.
