Frequently Asked Questions
Are you new to Tradesilvania and have questions? See the answers below.
How long does a fiat withdrawal take?
The processing time for a fiat withdrawal (RON or EURO) is quick on the Tradesilvania platform, and the transfer of funds varies depending on the bank where you have your IBAN account and the conditions of the bank where you opened your account as well as the time at which the withdrawal is made. Withdrawal time varies depending on several factors, and we recommend scheduling your fiat withdrawals (RON or EURO) in advance to avoid delays.
FIAT withdrawals in RON
FIAT withdrawals in RON can take up to 72 hours to be processed on the platform, but the time may vary depending on the number of ongoing processing. After the transfer has been made by Tradesilvania, the time to receive the funds in your IBAN account with your bank may take up to 48 hours depending on the conditions of the bank where you opened your account. Typically, these are instant if the transfer is made in the same bank, take 4-5 hours during business hours (9-17) or 1 business day if the withdrawal was made after 5pm and before 9am.
Typically, the clearance of funds from bank accounts is carried out in only 3 daily processing (clearing) sessions: at 10:30, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM. On non-banking days (legal holidays or weekends), banks do not make interbank transfers. These intervals do not depend on Tradesilvania.
FIAT withdrawals in SEPA (EURO)
FIAT withdrawals in EUR can take up to 72 hours to be processed on the platform, but the time may vary depending on the number of ongoing processing. EURO transfers within the SEPA network can take between 1-3 business days after the funds have been transferred from Tradesilvania to your account, depending on the bank where the transfer is made. Withdrawals to a Revolut IBAN account can take up to a few hours after the transfer has been made from the Tradesilvania platform.
* Processing time for a transaction may vary depending on the number of processing (up to maximum 3 business days).
