90% of Trump Organization’s 2025 Income Comes from Crypto
U.S. President Donald Trump’s family earned more than $800 million from cryptocurrency sales in the first half of 2025, according to a Reuters analysis. Most of the revenue came from the sale of World Liberty Financial ($WLFI) tokens and the $TRUMP meme coin.
Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. promoted these projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, attracting institutional investors and influential figures in the digital asset market. Among them was the UAE-based Aqua1 Foundation, which purchased $100 million worth of WLFI tokens.
According to Reuters, over 90% of Trump Organization’s declared income now comes from crypto-related operations. Analysts, however, warn of potential conflicts of interest, as the president oversees national policies regulating the digital industry.
World Liberty stated that WLFI tokens are “digital assets with real utility” rather than securities. The White House denied any direct involvement of President Trump in his family’s commercial activities.
