CZ Proposes BNB and Bitcoin for Kyrgyzstan's National Crypto Reserve

Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has proposed using BNB and Bitcoin as foundational assets for Kyrgyzstan’s planned national crypto reserve. The announcement follows Zhao's confirmation that he has joined the country’s National Crypto Committee at the invitation of President Sadyr Japarov.

Authorities in Kyrgyzstan are currently exploring ways to integrate digital assets into the national financial system, and the involvement of the founder of one of the world’s largest crypto platforms signals a potential shift towards blockchain adoption.

At this stage, no specific timeline has been announced for the implementation of a national digital asset reserve. The collaboration between government officials and industry experts remains in a consultation and planning phase.
