Truth Social Files for Dual Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF

Truth Social Files for Dual Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF

Truth Social, the social media platform owned by Donald Trump, has filed an S-1 form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch an exchange-traded fund (ETF) offering exposure to both Bitcoin and Ether. The proposal, sponsored by Yorkville America Digital, outlines the creation of a dual ETF named the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF.

According to the filing, the assets will be held in custody by Foris DAX Trust Company, operating under the Crypto.com brand. The product aims to provide investors with access to Bitcoin and Ethereum without requiring direct ownership of the underlying assets. The ETF seeks to simplify the complexities of managing digital wallets and securing cryptocurrency storage.

The filing date is Monday, June 16, 2025. The initiative comes at a time when the crypto ETF market is expanding, following the approval of several similar Bitcoin products earlier this year.
