Tradesilvania holds the digital assets used in daily activities on the platform with an external custodian - one of the leaders in the field of cryptocurrency and digital asset custody - who provides insurance against the theft of cryptocurrencies as a result of external hacking of custodial services, intentional malicious actions, or fraud by the external custodian's employees.

This insurance for assets stored on the platform does not cover errors or fraud involving users, thefts due to user negligence (weak password, non-activation of 2FA, computer or phone infected with malware, transfers to incorrect addresses, or any other funds losses that are generated by user negligence).

This insurance is not included for the following coin networks:Bep2, Ziliqa and MultiversX.
