To change your email address, you will need to go through the verification process again.

In order to do this, please go to the Settings section and click on the Update Data button.

In addition, please send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:

• a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• a photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with your name and the date written on it
• your new email address

After changing your email address, withdrawals of digital assets from your wallet will be suspended for 48 hours.
