According to the current laws in Romania, Tradesilvania is obliged to collect certain documentary evidence or information, the procedure being standard.

The source of funds is used to prove that the assets used for trading come from a legitimate source, such as the sale of owned goods, inheritance, salary, company profit, etc. and that financial frauds are not committed.

To prove the source of funds transferred to the digital wallet on the Tradesilvania platform (when dealing with larger amounts), it is necessary to have a document or set of documents depending on the case, which attests to the origin of these funds.

• Pay stubs
• Bank statement (salary deposit, savings account statement, etc.)
• Sale document (car, house, etc.)
• Loan contract + document showing loan repayment
• Inheritance, gift (copy of will, letter signed by lawyer or notary, etc.)
