What happens if I placed an order of a value (for example 100 Euro) but I funded with cash/bank transfer with a different amount (101 Euro)?
In this case, your order cannot be processed because its value is different from the value of the amount you provided for the transaction.
In this case, please complete the process on app.tradesilvania.com using the email address used in Tradesilvania RAMP. The transferred amount will be available in your Tradesilvania wallet after validating the data provided.
From the Tradesilvania wallet, you can try the exchange transaction again and then transfer or you can withdraw the amount to your bank account.
